Vegetable Soup Recipe – Made Easy


This is a great vegetable soup recipe

to make when you’re in a hurry, it’s even a good to soup to make when you not!

Perfect for my Quilting Friends who’d rather spend time quilting 🙂

Vegetable Soup

Prep Time: 20 minutes

Cook Time: 3 hours

Yield: 6 - 8 servings

Vegetable Soup

Soup that is easily prepared and makes a delicious lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

1 Cup Crushed Tomatoes

1 Cup Fresh or Frozen Peas

1 Cup Fresh or Frozen Green Beans cut into 1" pieces

1 15 ounce can of Beans (Kidney, Cannellini, Pinto or Black)

6 Cups Water

1 Bay Leaf

1 Tablespoon Parsley

2 tsps. Salt

Pepper to taste

*use organic ingredients when possible

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a crock pot
  2. Cook on High for 3 - 4 hours.
  3. Add Cooked Meatballs if desired.
