Vanilla Oatmeal Breakfast Parfait


1 Cup Plain Yogurt

2/3 Cup Purely Elizabeth Cranberry Pumpkin Seed Ancient Grain Oatmeal

1 tablespoon Chia Seeds

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 tablespoon raw honey


1 Banana, sliced

1 Kiwi, sliced

2 tablespoons sliced almonds

Chocolate Syrup

1 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder

1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup

a splash of water.


  1. mix yogurt, oatmeal, chia seed, vanilla and honey in a bowl cover and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Before serving
  3. Divide into two bowls, add sliced fruit and nuts
  4. chocolate topping
  5. Mix cocoa powder and syrup with a little bit of water in a cup.
  6. Drizzle on top of cereal and fruit.
