Make a small Sacrifice to make a big change
Sometime you’ll have to make sacrifices to make a change in your life, or in this case, to help someone you love make that change.
On the Second day of this Routine Change up – 21 Day Fix
at 5 AM – I have to admit – stumbling out of bed a 1/2 hour early wasn’t exactly a thrilling idea. Snuggling under the covers for a couple of extra minutes of shut-eye and then getting up to leisurely drink my coffee – now that’s a plan.
Fitting a workout into my schedule has been simple.
Working from home gives me the advantage of designing my day as I see fit.
Doing a one hour workout at 7 AM worked for me.
But for my husband a 7 AM workout wasn’t an option.
Hence the new 5AM routine.
When I got up, I thought I’ll probably be the one to bail on this.
Once we were up, had our coffee, and got moving I started looking forward to today’s workout. Upper Fix, It didn’t seem so bad..

Our challenge is our limited supply of free weights! At this point I’m using the resistance bands so my husband can use the weights.
I started using resistance bands about a month ago, they are different.
I don’t Love Love them, but I don’t hate them.
I think it’s just a matter of getting used to them.
They do have one extraordinary thing going in there favor – they are light and super portable.
Upper fix is a good workout, you’ll feel it when your done. It’s done in 2 rounds, 5 exercises in each round, repeated twice. 30 minutes your done – and best of it is your energized and have the rest of the day to
