Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Pumpkin Pie Smoothie


1 cup organic pumpkin purée

1 cup raw milk

2 scoops vanilla Shakeology

1/4 cup organic old fashioned oatmeal

1 large handful of organic baby spinach

1 large organic Apple, cored, with skin

1 tablespoon pure Maple Syrup

1/2 teaspoon organic cinnamon

1/8 teaspoon organic nutmeg

1/16 teaspoon organic cloves

1/4 tsp organic turmeric

Ice Cubes


  1. Place ingredients in a a blender
  2. Blend well, add ice cubes to make your smoothie light and frothy.
